Many world class fallow buck, red stag and wild boar trophies from our estate reached impressive ranks on the world ranklists. Altogether we manage the wildlife on more than 29.000 hectares (~71.700 US acres). The forest coverage is 70-80% what provides excellent habitat for big games and the best hunting grounds for our clients. On our company’s denominator Gyulaj (and Pincehely) hunting ground the October fallow buck rutting is unique in the world. The September red stag rutting is also well known and pleasing for our clients from all over the world. As one of the pioneers of building low fenced enclosures in Hungary we are able to organize wild boar driven hunts both in enclosures and on free range territories. We gladly receive small or big groups for driven hunts even with special requirements of prominent final rate of tuskers. Besides these almost all year long we provide excellent opportunities for taking nice roe bucks, and low budget fallow deer does or fawns, red deer hinds or calves and roe deer does or fawns as well as stalking or high seat hunting opportunity for wild boars.
Our hunting lodges are well equipped with the best homemade dishes in the region. Our professional cooks’ specialties are the Hungarian dishes and foods from local venison.

Red deer, the king of the Hungarian wilderness. All of Gyulaj Zrt’s hunting grounds have excellent red deer stock. In every season some giant trophy red stags are taken with impressive weights and point scores. By far the best period for hunting is the September rutting time, but beside this the winter stalkings and high seat hunts also give unforgettable memories as well as the hunts for red deer hinds and calves. The trophy will be weighed 24 hours after the killing with cut skull. Cut skull means the top half of the skull. On special request the weighing can be done with whole, uncut skull as well. In this case up to 300 grams (uncut/whole skull trophy weight) we deduct 90 grams. Over 300 grams (uncut/whole skull trophy weight) the deduction is 100 grams. The trophy will be stored in airy, shaded and cool place until weighing.

In every season the stalking and high seat hunting for wild boar provides great experience for every hunter from all over the world. It gives unforgettable moments when they wait for the perfect shot from their hideout and finally take a nice tusker or a yearling. All four of Gyulaj Zrt’s hunting grounds are ready to receive hunters for a great wild boar hunt all year long both on free range territories and low fenced enclosures. We love to hunt for wild boars so we know what you are looking for! We recommend You to choose wild boar hunting combined with a great spring or summer roe buck hunting or a winter female red, fallow or roe deer hunting.

Here at Gyulaj Zrt we are really proud of our legendary wild boar driven hunts, our prominent clients and the results that we have attained. We are glad that hundreds of international clients got richer with high number final bags and extraordinary memories on our professionally organized driven hunts in the last decades. We are ready to provide wild boar driven hunts for smaller or bigger groups both on free range territories and in our low fence enclosures or combine the two types of territories in one hunting day. Our low fence enclosures are large, not like what you might be used to! Our very comfortable hunting lodges are ready to provide high-standard services both for our hunting Clients and non-hunting Guests. Each lodge provides perfect, woody circumstances for a pleasing recreation in the spare time between two hunts. Our professional cooks’ specialties are the traditional Hungarian home made dishes and special dishes from local venison. We also offer a wide range of the best Hungarian red, white and rosé wines.

Special Discount: Between March 01 and August 31 we provide You 15% discount from the accommodation and hosting prices!
FOR DOG KEEPERS:
We know that many hunters love their dogs and want to take their beloved pets to the hunt as well, especially the hunting dogs. For keeping dog(s) in our lodges cost is € 50.- extra charge/ occassion. In case of any damage caused by the dog(s), the keeper is responsibile to pay for the caused damage.
Additional costs and fees:
Venison Venison (red deer, fallow deer and roe deer) is available at our hunting lodges only for the hunters of the specified game. The weighed body weight (after gutting) includes the bones and pelt too. For the current venison prices please contact us.
Pelt:
On special request for shoulder mount preparations we can provide you the skinned pelt of your killed game.

Official Hungarian Hunting Ticket and Hunting Insurance for non- Hungarian citizens: € 100.-/ Client (valid for 30 days).
Veterinarian Certification Fee (needed for taking the trophy out of the EU): € 10.-/ trophy.
In case of killing a red stag, fallow buck or roe buck, the Client has to accept a difference of + 15% in comparison to the trophy size specified in the contract. The Client must pay the official price of the actual weight of the trophy within this difference of + 15%!
The length of the tusks of killed wild boar tuskers is paid according to the actual/official length, irrespective of the estimated length.
